مدارس نجد الأهلية : إيماناً بأهمية مساهمة القطاع الخاص في نهضة المملكة العربية السعودية ، وتحقيقاً لأهداف سياسة التعليم فيها ، بادر صاحب المدارس دولة الرئيس رفيق بهاء الدين الحريري يرحمه الله - إلى تأسيس مدارس نجد الأهلية في العام 1403هـ ( 1983م ) ، على أن تُقدِّم هذه المدارس خدمة علميّة وتربوية متميّزة لأبنائنا من طلبة هذا الوطن الخيِّر. وتحرص إدارة المدارس على تنفيذ فلسفة تربوية في تكوين العلاقة الإيجابية الواعية بين الطالب والمدرسة والمجتمع ، وإيماناً منها بدور الشباب في بناء الأمم ورسم مستقبلها . فقد تضافرت جهود الجميع فيها للبحث الدائم عن أفضل السبل وأرقاها لتزويد الأُمّة برجال المستقبل . . . المؤمنين المثقفين ، المسلحين بالعمل والمهارة ، والقادرين على الإبداع والابتكار. مدارس نجد الأهلية للبنين والبنات صرح تربوي دائم التعلّم يسعى إلى بناء الشخصية المتكاملة والقيادية من خلال برامج نوعية متوازنة ومنسجمة مع متطلبات العصر ومبنيّة على ثوابت الشريعة الإسلامية، ويخرّج طاقات فاعلة، منفتحة على الآخر، مسلّحة بأحدث المهارات التكنولوجية والتي تأخذ دورها في بناء الوطن وصنع مستقبل مشرق واعد. انطلاقاً من إيماننا الراسخ والعميق بأهمية وضرورة بناء الإنسان بناءً متميِّزاً وسليماً ، يجعل منه عنصراً منتجاً وفاعلاً في مُجتمعه وبيئته ، ويغرس في نفسه الثقة والإيمان بعقيدته ، والولاء والحب لوطنه ويجعل منه باحثاً عن أصل المعرفة ونواتها الأولى ، ويؤهِّله ليتبوأ الصدارة في قيادة المجتمع وتقدُّمه ورُقيِّه ، ونبذ التّشرذُم والفُرقة والتَّخلُّف . . . من هنا كانت مدارسنا – مدارس نجد الأهلية – الرياض ، التي قامت لتحقيق أهداف تربوية وتعليمية رائدة ، غايتهـا التَّمَيُّز دائماً ؛ ساعيةً إلى أن تكون أنموذجاً من مدارس ذات مستوى عالمي ، حيث يكتسب الطلاب المعارف والمهارات ، ليكونوا مؤمنين بالله دائماً ناجحين طوال فترة دراستهم مُتميِّزين في شخصيّتهم وفي حياتهم العلمية والعملية ؛ مزوّدين بتربية تتلاءم واحتياجاتهم ، وفي مناخ تربوي مُتقدِّم قائم على أُسُس الجودة والتطوير ، ووفق السياسة العامة للتعليم في المملكة.
